Muffin Tin Monday - Courtesy of Costco

Today we had The King's 6 month well check and it ended up taking about 2 hours at the Dr. office - UGH! But we love our office, so an occasional LONG wait is worth it. When the appointment was over we were well into lunch time, so where do you go on a Monday, at lunchtime, when you really NEED to provide a muffin tin lunch for your munchkin????


COSTCO!!!

Here is what our lunch consisted of:




Clam Chowder

Spinach and Parmesean Ravioli


Tiramasu Gelato


Veggie Burger



AND a Nutrigrain Bar



that was not very well received!


And since we still had a little room left over in our tummies, we grabbed a slice of pizza and a soda on our way out!





Thanks to all the nice old ladies at Costco for serving up a lovely and very diverse Muffin Tin Lunch - mommy wasn't quite up to it today!

And as for the SUPER CHEESY poses of The Boy - go figure - everyone was laughing at him, though, as his crazy mommy snapped these photos!
