Bert's Christmas Dance Recital

Bert isn't going to be too happy about this post, but since he has come down with a head cold today, I am pretty sure that I can outrun him, even with my gimp knee!

A few years ago, at our Church Christmas party, some men were asked to recreate the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy - here are some of the highlights.

(and I hope you all enjoy the music, this is not the version of the song they danced to, but I am hoping Bert will appreciate it and it will lessen his overall irritation with me posting these photos)

This is the most Christmas Spirit Bert has ever shown, and I think you can even see a smile on his face in the 5th photo.
It's a very fun Christmas memory for me. Love ya Bert - and you totally ROCK!
For more moments that should stay in the photobox - join in the
photo posting carnival - it is always, always a good time!

HA! It takes a special man to do that. On a stage. In front of people.

Oh, my! I'm just so glad that they're wearing shorts and not traditional ballerina garb!

You look lovely.

I think you've found your color!

I danced for 15 years... once, even as as a Bonbon with Mother Ginger (who live in the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy). Thanks for representin', Bert.

That is so funny. I would love to see my hubby do that. Thanks for stopping at my blog, and yes we will have that pic above our mantel.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! And these pictures are too funny! I love it when a man can let loose and have fun no matter what he's dressed it!

Have a very Merry Christmas!
