Muffin Tin Monday - Under the Sea

We had some little friends from Aunt Debbie join us for Muffin Tin Monday this week, they couldn't wait to get back to their "old home" in the sea. Sadly (for them), it was all just an illusion.
The clownfish were just carrots ... the blue sea with bouys, just yogurt and grapes ... the mud from the ocean floor was just chocolate milk ... the octopus was merely a hot dog ... the starfish, just toast, plain old toast ... and the kelp was candy!
What a cruel trick of nature we had played on our little ocean friends today!
However, despite the sadness of our sea friends, the boy was all smiles ... at least he said he was smiling ... I'm still not sure what face he is pulling in this photo. But he insisted it was a smile!

If you didn't check out all the cute Under the Sea Muffin Tins last week, you are really missing out, there were some fantastic and adorable creations that day.
This week has no theme, so I played catch-up since this was too fun of a tin to pass up! See what everyone else did this week at:

OMGosh! Those are so-so adorable! I loved the hotdog looking like an octopus! I noticed that was missing from your son's tray! I think he liked Mr. Octopus :)

You do such fun things. I wish I had half the energy to do this. I know my kids would love it. Maybe one day:)
