We have had a little problem in our home lately ...
But I can't really get rid of the culprit, because, well ... we need it, we can't live without it!
I have, however, put the culprit in a temporary "time-out" ... and honestly, I am the miserable one.
Seriously, what's a girl/mom/wife/person to do without:
Truth is, we can't go without water for long, as I am currently proving!
For instance, I can't just go to the

And yesterday was a rather physically exerting one for me as I worked at keeping my basement from flooding. Needless to say, I could REALLY use a

And then there are all those towels I have been using to mop up water, they are dry, but not clean since I can't use this right now!
The more awkward part is the inability to flush the

That's when I realized how much I love water!
It is one of the most vital, yet overlooked, conveniences in my day-to-day life.

Yikes!!!
So, dear water, I just needed to let you know that even though we have been battling it out over the past few days, I really can't live without you.

And it's looking like we'll have you back in our home soon ...
so please come back and know that you are loved!

Jenny, what happened?! Do you need me to bring you some of my water storage? Or, come stay with us until you have water again! I'm sure you have a plan, but if you need us, just call!
Oh dear! We do take those kind of things for granted, don't we! Here's hoping your water hurries back fast!
OH Jenny!! Good luck, good luck, good luck!
LOVE this post too!
LOL, do you have a gym membership? You could go shower at the gym...
Bring your laundry/kids over here!! You can do laundry/wash kids any time I am always home!!
BLESS. YOUR. HEART.
Oh how we take such simple things for granted huh? We are so blessed to be able to have the option of taking it for granted in the first place. I hope you get your water back soon. In the meantime you may have to get creative and take some of your friends up on their offers to help. Makes you realize how quickly things can turn without one little commodity huh?
Water problems are the worst. I love how you took the lemon and made lemonade. The post and pictures are great.
