I might have already mentioned how excited I was about the Dr. Suess theme ... right?
Anyhow, I decided to try to represent some of our favorite (like you can really have a favorite - they are all such great stories) Dr. Suess stories. Each tin goes with a different story.
Can you figure them all out?
(Hint: that is a stack of cracker turtles in the bottom right tin!)
And the guessing began!
There were some puzzled looks and lots of random guesses until I told them they were all Dr. Suess stories. Then the ideas started flowing!
Thing 2 was on it and figured most of them out, except the turtle one!
No one could come up with that one, not even Bert!
I was hoping to sit down and read all the stories after we ate, but we had a busy afternoon.
We'll have to do that today!
Okay - so how did you do? Want to peek at the answers?
Here they are:

The oobleck is great. JDaniel and I read a lot of Seuss over the weekend. He loved saying that word over and over. The whole tin is amazing. You used so many stories.
