I am definitely grateful for a good insurance settlement experience. I've never had to do this before, and I hope I never have to again. But I'm relieved it has been a pleasant process despite the gross nature of the mess in our basement.
Now, back to painting ... new carpet will be here soon and my sanity will hopefully follow soon after!
