Today's muffin tin was meant to be a snack ... but it ended up having enough food that it was an early dinner. It started off with the pomegranate. Then I just started filling up the little cups with whatever I came across in the kitchen.
We had chips and fresh salsa, banana, cheese, mini pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, granola and yogurt, red and green peppers, cucumbers, cream cheese, crackers and ... the pomegranate ... which was very well received.
I love these mini-muffin tins, you can add so many things and it ends up being just the right amount of food!!!
