Muffin Tin Monday has moved to a new hostess: Her Cup Overfloweth and this is the first week. Sorry we are a little late, but it has been a week!
We had an orange lunch this week - very easy and kind of silly. We were on the sick side of things, so not much of an appetite. I love being able to make even a sick lunch kind of fun.
Lunch consisted of cheese, mandarin oranges, carrots, orange juice, orange cream cheese on crackers and a few bits of brownies (not orange - but who cares - it's chocolate).
