So, what would MacGyver do with a rainbow umbrella, a large empty money can, brown duct tape and a really huge t-shirt?
Since I'm no MacGyver, this is what I came up with:
Then there was that night that the cash was just too tempting and we had to have a game of poker ... (we didn't keep the money people) ... but can I tell you how fun it is to play poker of thousands of dollars in your hands? It was a lot more fun than the poker chips we used when I was a kid!
What can I say, we kind of got into it!
We had a lot of fun after hours, all of it pretty clean and innocent, but I still don't think I will ever let my kids work there!!! The chances of them getting such a great group of people to work with are not so good, sorry kids, but what can I say, Mom was real lucky!

Wow. There's just so much going on, I don't know where to start. So, I'll just thank you for the LAUGH!
I love the MOM disclaimer. I am so glad that my mom doesn't read me sometimes!
Cool stroll through memory lane. Poker with other people's money *snort* Funny!
I'm liking that shirt in the last pic!
That looks like GREAT fun! Sadly, times have changed. What we could do as youngsters doesn't go the same for our kids. Darnit.
This is a hilarious post and my mom would FREAK!
That looks like a blast!
I am so glad you took advantage of such opportunities. What other kids have the chance to play poker with a handful, okay armful, of cold hard cash?? Nice work!
