This tin was actually made for a class for the ladies in my church. We were having a class on fun foods for kids - I did a little segment on Muffin Tin Meals. I wanted to keep it fairly simple, to encourage some moms to do it, so I kept it to things I had on hand, with two exceptions.
What I had on hand: carrots and orange bell peppers, kabobs of mandarin oranges and cantaloupe, a few chips, cheese and dried mangoes, and a little mac & cheese, and a cup of OJ!
What I made: the jello cup with the orange fish and the cookies (but I was making them for an event later on that day, anyway).
