This was one fun Muffin Tin!
We had Purple Plums, Blueberries, Green Broccoli, Yellow Bananas, Wheat Bread, Orange Bell Peppers, Red Tomatoes, Bacon, Ranch Dip and Rainbow Jello!
The kids were very quick to appreciate the Jello!
They looked through it
to see the colors of the Rainbow!
They SLURPED it up, since Jello slurps so well!
They held it up to the light to get a better view, and it was delightful!
Rainbow Jello
Ingredients:
6 small boxes of Jello in assorted colors
water
Method:
Take your first color (I did purple). Heat up 1 and 1/4 cups water in a glass measuring cup in the microwave until it's very hot. Add the jello slowly and stir for a few minutes until it's all well dissolved. Pour it into a glass 9x13 dish and let it set.
When the first layer is nice and solidified, start the next layer. Do the same as the first layer, only when pouring the jello into the dish, pour it slowly over a spoon so that it doesn't "rip" into the previous layer. Then back into the fridge.
Repeat for all the colors and then you are done!
