Such a great color to EAT!
Our tin had:
Green Goddess Dressing, Brussel Sprouts, Peas, Edamame
Broccoli, Guacamole Chips, Green Apple slices, Green Candy Melts
Pickles, clover marshmallows from Lucky Charms, Green Olives, Kiwi
We have worked hard over the years to brainwash our children into liking vegetables. It has been fun to hear them cheer when I announce that we will be having broccoli with dinner, or peas with lunch, or even edamame to snack on. Seriously - I have some odd children, but it took some work.
Anyhow, I think my heart broke just a little with this lunch. Just after the kids ate, Thing 2 came up to me and asked, "Mom, is it okay if I don't like Brussel Sprouts anymore?"
No, no, no ... say it isn't so!!!!
There's LOTS of green going on at:
