Well - Muffin Tin Monday was almost curtailed by The King - but I pulled myself up by my boot straps and set him down (to scream) long enough to put together a quick after school muffin tin snack for the kids. We have:
cucumbers and ranch dip
and
peaches and cream.
That's our simple, I-can't-set-my-baby-down-for-more-than-two-minutes-today offering!
Loving all the others!

I've had my own "king" except she was little miss "queen". I like the after school snack idea, my kiddos are like scavengers when they get home, nothing is safe.
We call our youngest daughter the Queen. When she was just a baby we would entertain the older kids by making her 'talk' with an english accent and order them around. It was really hilarious.
I'm loving your muffin tin - it's actually making my mouth water.
Simple AND delicious, that's my kind of snack! I was totally going to do this but completely spaced it. Oh well, maybe next time!
You are such a good mom! If I did something like this, my kidlets would wonder what was up!
Ohh, nice Muffin Tin idea... sometimes the simplest things are the best! I know I like the basics like that!! Cute blog... er, blogs, wow, how do you even keep up with all that AND kids. You're my hero!
Thanks for the comment! I have 4 kids, so instead of hearing arguing over food- I just went to the dollar store and bought 4 muffin tins. I love the idea for using it as a snack. That's great!@
