Jenny - this is just incredible. I hope you don't mind that I wait a week to post it with the others. I can see how much thought went into your post and I feel bad about the day confusion. Let me know - thanks so much! Katy
Incredible!! So creative. I think the story that goes along is perfect! I love what you did with the hot dog and the orange! It all looks like so much fun. Well done!!
Oh my goodness you went all out!! I don't know what I'll do for the halloween challenge. Looks like I have a lot to live up too. Loved it so much fun!!!
Just a few details: The fingers are string cheese halves with sliced green olives as the nails. The eyes are jumbo marshmallows with a junior mint held on by some soften candy shaped into an eyelid. The brain is an apple half carved with brain-like lines, then soaked in cranberry juice then peeled right before serving. The cup was full of blood - er, I mean cranberry juice. I saw the little orange jack-o-lanterns on martha stewart - just slice off the top, scoop out the orange with a spoon and use for something else (oriental salad for dinner?) and carve out faces. Martha filled hers with sorbet - I filled mine with cantaloupe. And the mummy dogs were made with crescent roll dough - super easy!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the picture of your little goblins -- three out of four. :-) You are so cool! I'm doing that apple thing. I think the Zombie would get a kick out of that (and I have apples).
Wow, I love your muffin tin! This is an amazing presentation. I am als wondering where you got your "I Believe" button. Can you email me info? Thanks. junk4jared@gmail.com
