What I Love Wednesday - The King

Today The King is 5 Months Old - I can hardly believe how the time has flown by.

What a perfect day to send some love to my sweet little baby boy!

I love that this little guy had to come to our family - even if I wasn't sure if I was ready.

I love that I went into actual labor with this one.

I love that he only needed 4 pushes to make his big debut.

I love that he was born while the Price is Right was in the background (things happened so fast we didn't even realize the TV was on).

I love that he was strong and healthy even though he came a bit early.

I love that he settled right into our family and made his place early on.

I love that he LOVES to eat - he is my fattest baby by FAR!

I love his sweet and soft disposition.

I love his smiles and giggles - we have to work a little to get them, but they are always worth it.

I love his little birthmark under his eye - makes him look tough.

I love how much he loves me - and needs me.

I love how he follows me around the room with his eyes - he makes sure he knows where I am.

I love to watch him bounce in his Johnny Jumper.

I love to hear him talk to his brother and sisters.

I love how he tries to suck the life out of his fingers.

I love his little dimples.

I love his rolly little thighs.

I love his big lips.

I love the twinkle in his eye.

I love that he is gobbling up my sweet potatoes.

I love to see how he looks at the dog - a bit puzzled - still trying to figure him out.

I love how everyone falls in love with him - even his brother and sisters.

I love to see his personality emerging, bit by bit each day.

This baby is so sweet and so dear - we needed him in our family and I am so glad he came!

Now, for a little business - I am having second thoughts on his nickname being "The King" - I never actually call him that in our daily life and so I am wondering if we should make a little change. I have included a few ideas on a poll at the top of the page - go ahead and let me know what you think.
