I LOVE Muffin Tin Meals - if you haven't ever tried this - DO IT!!!
This week the theme was Children's Christmas Stories and we chose:
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
In celebration of this wonderful Christmas story - we had a Who-ville kind of a feast:
Roast Beast (roast beef)
Who-hash (mashed potatoes garnished with asparagus, carrots and parnips)
Who-pudding (chocolate of course, with whipped cream)
Popcorn (the Grinch stole this from the house)
Milk (again - something the Grinch took from the icebox)
And Rolls (just because I can't have roast beef and mashed potatoes without rolls)
And then we read the book while we feasted - fabulous, fun dinner.

And just in keeping with my personal theme of "What I Love Wednesday" - this is what I love about Muffin Tin Meals:
They make the meal interesting and fun
They are a fun little challenge to throw into my week
The other moms doing this are so creative - it's always fun to see what others do
My kids love them - I have to do them for dinner because Thing 1 and Thing 2 get so pouty if they don't get one
It is a great way to introduce new foods to the kids
Small portions for small tummies - so perfect
They are just plain FUN!

Yum! Yum! Yum!!!
This is my favorite so far (I think) of your Muffin-tin-meals as far as the food.
My mouth is watering just looking at it. :-)
I'm glad you include the girls when you can -- doing a dinner.
Take care!
Nice job! Looks yummy!
How fun! You sound like a fun mom!!
