I was planning on proclaiming today to be "National Clean Out Your Fridge Day" ... but a quick google search showed that it has already been assigned to November 15!!!
(Good News: Tomorrow is National Chocolate Day - Woo woo!)
Anyhow, I still stuck with my initial thought of cleaning out the fridge today and this is what I was able to put together with some things that were about ready to throw out:
Leftover Soda from Saturday, Jello Salad, Sandwich Rolls (made with cream cheese and sandwich meats on flattened bread), Carrots-Yellow Peppers-Olives, Cherries and finally, half of a left-over elcair, also from Saturday's festivities!
The kids have never been so enthusiastic about leftovers ...
yay Muffin Tins!

that;s one of the reasons I love Muffin Tin Meals - it makes something special out of hardly anything at all!
I want one of those eclairs!
Hooray for cleaning out the fridge! Great way to make leftovers fun. :)
I love your muffin tin lunches! I wish I had heard about this when my daughter was younger. At this point I think she would look at me like I was crazy if I tried to give her a fun lunch in a muffin tin... :)
Good job! And thanks for the heads up on chocolate day...I will definitely be celebrating lol!
haha I would love those leftovers too!
I'll have to try this idea sometimes. Thanks for sharing!
leftovers aren't always bad :) can't wait for tomorrow! woohoo chocolate. yum!
What a great way to get those leftovers taken care of... we can sometimes have a hard time with that!
Looks good!
On you question about the autoplay music. Glad you asked! I don't mind it, but I would if your player was allllll the way at the bottom of your blog. I don't like having the music playing when I am reading, because I can't concentrate, but it is fun to hear/see what people like to listen to. And you always change yours to go with your posts.
So I am ok with the great tunes, and keep it where it is! : )
