Muffin Tin Monday - Blue and Purple

Oh yay ... this muffin tin lunch gave me the perfect opportunity to use some of our co-op goods!

We had:

baked eggplant
blue and purple wrapped easter candies
yogurt with blueberries
purple kale soup
blue breadsticks
and grape juice

This really was the perfect way to sneak in some eggplant and kale,
I love how the themes make some veggies a little more interesting to the kids!

And, as soon as I clarified that the breadsticks were blue, NOT green, they were able to figure out the theme.

I can't believe all the different foods you eat and try. Half of them I've never tried. Good girl.
